7 weeks

This week has started off not so great. I have a nasty cold and have missed two days of work, maybe three depending on how tomorrow morning goes. I have feelings every once in a while, am I really pregnant? I guess until you start showing, you still have questions. Baby center said to take a picture this week and then start taking them monthly, so you see me today. I*m going to try and wear the same outfit each time for the pictures. According to baby center:

The big news this week: Hands and feet are emerging from developing arms and legs — although they look more like paddles at this point than the tiny, pudgy extremities you're daydreaming about holding and tickling. Technically, your baby is still considered an embryo and has something of a small tail, which is an extension of her tailbone. The tail will disappear within a few weeks, but that's the only thing getting smaller. Your baby has doubled in size since last week and now measures half an inch long, about the size of a blueberry.

  1. It is normal to feel that way. I am showing,23 weeks and I still can't believe I am pregnant. It took me forever to realize I am pregnant. Hang in there...you will start to feel like it. Wait until your clothes are getting too tight!!
